Business Recruiter, Communications and Public Policy

Duties

* Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, ensuring a highly professional and positive candidate experience

* Lead and perform executive search type candidate sourcing and research activities

* Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

* Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR, Compensation)

* Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate, establishing best practices and optimize our broader recruiting efforts continuously

Skills

* Bachelors Degree required

* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred

* 5+ years of total working experience

* Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

* Experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams in driving successful hiring initiatives and change

* Experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans for complex searches

* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written

* Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations

* Ability to be detail-oriented, and highly organized in a fast-paced environment

* Experience working in a collaborative setting, bringing new ideas to the table

Education

BS or equivalent experience preferred
