Administrative Assistant

Provide general administrative and clerical support for the intellectual property group of the Facebook legal department, in particular to director-level and above attorneys in the group. Manage calendars and schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements and expense reports for the Directors. Book conference rooms in multiple office locations and coordinate video conferences. Data entry, data management and creation of reports in various practice management tools. Coordinate with clients, internal counsel, external counsel and other vendors to obtain and exchange information and documentation related to legal matters. Performs general clerical duties for the group to include but not limited to: handling legal documents and securing signatures, photocopying, mailing, and the occassional faxing and filing.

Energetic, conscientious, detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects. Excellent client service skills and a positive attitude.  Takes initiative and can execute on high level instructions. Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience with Serengeti and Salesforce a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience supporting legal staff.

Associates degree or some college. Bachelor's degree and Notary Commission a plus.
