Online Operations Agent

Serve as an expert in the support experience for nonprofit organizations 
Develop and share deep expertise on Donate and Fundraiser products
Support and respond to nonprofit orgs on the company, troubleshooting quickly to resolve any issues
Listen to partners and partner managers with the ability to modify services and support to generate exceptional experiences
Use excellent communication skills to educate nonprofits on our products, and provide feedback and recommendations when necessary

Skills

 

French or German reading and writing skills a plus
2+ years experience in customer service or account management, working in the nonprofit space strongly preferred
Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis preferred
Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments
Strong communications skills and the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Deep understanding of, and passion for, Facebook and the nonprofit space
Extremely reliable, consistent, nimble, and hard-working
Fluency in French or German a plus

BA or BS Degree or higher
